Yes, we do have an onsite wedding coordinator who can help you customize the event to make it special, unique, and unforgettable.

Yes, our all-inclusive package includes ceremony rehearsal. Our DIY packages include rehearsal, subject to availability.

Yes, both are available and included, and chair and table setup and takedown are included in the wedding packages.

For safety and fire regulations, we do not allow sparklers, candles, or any type of fire hazardous items.

Wedding and Event Booking & Payment

$1000.00 booking deposit is to be made at booking appointment. (Can be in-person, virtual, or over the phone.) Once the date is saved and the deposit is received, we will set up your payment plan and complete the Four Oaks Wedding Venue Rental Agreement.

Yes. A $1000.00 deposit is required to secure your date.

Monthly payment plans are set at booking, with the full balance due one month prior to your event. Payment plans can be customized upon request.

Four Oaks is located at 38480 Oak Glen Road, Oak Glen, CA 92399, seated in the beautiful, enchanting community of Oak Glen. Our community and venue grounds offer a scenic, encompassing escape into a world of lush trees, breathtaking skyscapes, and lush accommodations.

Our picturesque outdoor plaza is the perfect location for your wedding ceremony, with a backdrop of lush gardens and trees. Your reception (or special event) can be held in our spacious tent adorned with enchanting décor, shining dance floor, and bar. When you need to get ready, with friends and family or with the love of your life, our welcoming suites are ideal.

We have both DIY and all-inclusive packages available for your special day. You can choose between the All Inclusive Package that includes food, music, drinks, flowers, and more and three DIY packages for when you are only looking for a venue.

Yes. We reserve up to 3 lots near the venue along with up to 15 spots near the reception area for the duration of your event.
Catering & Drinks

Yes, catering is included in our wedding and event hosting packages. We offer gourmet food, a private restaurant bar, bartender, and culinary team.

No outside vendors for food or bar services are permitted.
We are happy to accommodate requests through our in-house catering and bar options.

Yes, we require $1,000,000 Special Event Liability Insurance.
Average Cost of Insurance: $120.00-$300.00 (The amount varies based on provider and coverage.)

All music will end at 9:45 PM, and all guests must exit by 10:00 PM.
